Our pricing tiers are based on the number of new review requests you would like to send out each month. So if you get 50 new customers per month, you would be on the lowest plan. All plans include a review reactivation at the beginning, where we can reactivate your list of previous customers and get you a big boost in reviews, whether it's 100 previous customers or 4,000. It is important to note that follow-ups are also included in each plan. On the lowest plan, we can request reviews from 50 new customers, but we will also follow up with those customers.

If you get a new review while working with BizzyDash, we will know which customer has left that review. However, we will not know what customers have left you a review before working with BizzyDash. We can manually remove people who may have already left a review, but Google loves updated reviews right now. After all, the more recent the review, the better, so getting old customers to update their reviews can be incredibly valuable. Once a customer has already left a review, we will no longer message them.
